Terra Technology Group Partners with Professional Outdoor Media Association to Discuss Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Outdoor Industry
(Hunt Valley, MD) – Terra Technology Group’s (TTG) Samantha Pedder will present in the Professional Outdoor Media Association’s (POMA) Insights Session titled “Open Arms: Incorporating DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Aspects in Our Brands” on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Also featured in the panel will be Marchelle “Tig” Davis of “My Sister’s Keeper Defense” and Justin Morrissey of the National Shooting Sports Foundation.
Pedder, Davis, and Morrissey presented on this topic initially at the #2021POMA conference in June. After an engaging conversation with the audience, the team opted to pursue an Insights Session with POMA to continue the conversation as fall hunting seasons begin. This session will take a hard look at diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) among the gun-owning, hunting, and broader outdoor communities to help media professionals create a more inviting culture around their brands and messaging – and ultimately building more inclusive experiences for all.Read More
